Linden Grove is looking to grow its Board & Committees!

Do you live in Covington, want to serve your community, and have a passion for history? Then applying to Volunteer on the Linden Grove Board or one of it’s committees might be the perfect fit for you.

With many new and exciting things planned for 2021 at Linden Grove, we would love to grow our Board of Overseers! So we are currently seeking individuals with experience or interest in the following areas:

  • FUNDRAISING AND DEVELOPMENT

  • EVENT PLANNING

We are also looking to expand the following Linden Grove Committees:

  • MARKETING COMMITTEE

    • Manages our website, social media presence, monthly newsletter, and all event marketing.

  • FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE

    • This new group would focus on fundraising & development, through events and grants, to help fund new projects on the grounds!

  • BUILDING & GROUNDS COMMITTEE

    • This committee—nicknamed BOG—oversees all the happenings on Linden Grove’s 22-acres, including our Master Plan and tree/plant maintenance for our Arboretum status.

All Linden Grove board and committee members are unpaid volunteers, appointed by the City of Covington or Kenton County. Applicants living in those regions are preferable. Previous cemetery knowledge is a plus.
